Cancellation Policy

The are NO REFUNDS without a written note from a doctor by June 7.

Following June 7, if there is an injury before camp, you must notify us immediately of your need to withdraw.  A refund minus a $25.00 processing fee will be issued once a note from a diagnosing physician is submitted.

 There are NO REFUNDS within 48 hours prior to the start of camp.
